After the intensive training to Varanasi Club and Rotary club in Varanasi, many activities are being initiated by organising DRR taskforce for Varanasi. Before the flood situation gets worse in Varanasi, the members decided to visit flood prone areas in Varanasi for assessment, and conducted talk session “what to do and what not to do” in order to save their lives. It is so wonderful to see the change of the attitudes on disaster from “REACTIVE to PROACTIVE” among citizens!!!
