Torrential rain fell in Kumamoto where happened earthquake only two months ago.In spite of that, Seminar for support affected people was held in Kumamoto prefectural office. Local government officers, social welfare council and NGOs gathered to discuss the challenges sharing information and ideas assisted by SEEDS Asia.
