SEEDS Asia Headquarters is located in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture in Japan.


We are the secretariat office of all operations in Asia, engaging in planning, reporting, accounting and public relations.


Aside from secretariat functions, we also
– Dispatch of lecturers to a wider society, to raise awareness and facilitate understanding of disaster risk reduction
– Implementation of projects contracting with JICA, governments and private corporations
– Cooperation and collaboration for disaster reduction-related research
