On September 12, teachers training on DRR Education in cooperation with the community was conduted at Yoshimi Elementary School in Tamba City. The presentation by SEEDS Asia’s Deputy Executive Director Mr. Ueda included the lessons learnt from the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami, then all the teachers moved on to a workshop of Disaster Imagination Game, so that they could imagine what would happen if a hazard would attack their area and how they should incorporate DRR Education with their local community.
