14 November, Mr. Awadesh Prasad, Meteorologist from India Meteorologist Department (IMD) kindly delivered a lecture on “Weather Hazards” on Weather Class for teachers and some students of Climate Schools in Varanasi. He explained “What is weather?” its definitions, types of forecasts/warnings issued by IMD and precautions with very familiar examples and records from Varanasi city and Uttar Pradesh. We appreciate IMD for this cooperation and collaboration!
